What is Tennis Elbow / Tennis Shoulder?
Tennis elbow is a common injury among tennis players that is typically caused by weak or inflexible wrist muscles, incorrect stroke techniques and tight racquet string.
If you are experiencing the following symptoms, tennis elbow might be the cause:
- Mild, moderate to severe pain with backhand strokes
- Mild, moderate to severe pain when making fist or gripping
- Mild, moderate to severe pain when lifting with wrist, the palm facing down.
Rest and ice the affected area is recommended.

~Jason's Experience~
Jason had been suffering with severe tennis elbow in the past. He had tried different treatments with ice, rest, use of elbow support, external cream, etc. The pain was so severe when he was not playing. The pain was expanding down onto wrist and hand. He decided to attend a workshop, Myokinesthetic System developed by Michael Uriarte to learn and treat his tennis elbow. Within one week of having the treatments done, his tennis elbow was completely gone. He has been playing pain free without any elbow support band or anything else.
Yes, it can be treated but not like those of temporary relief. From his own experience, he understands the pain and agony of not being able to play or playing with pain, he would like to share this tennis elbow specific treatment. This tennis elbow treatment is offered as a package of 3 treatments. Additional treatments are available if needed for extra fee.
The initial session is to evaluate and isolate the specific muscle(s) with trigger points. Once the trigger point is identified, one treatment is done. You will need to have another treatment the next day.
The subsequent sessions are recommended every other day from the initial sessions. Otherwise, every 3-4 days.
